These terms cover your use of WhatMovedIt, a Shopify app made by More Checkouts Limited (“we”). By installing the app you agree to them on behalf of your store.

What WhatMovedIt does

WhatMovedIt records changes to your store’s themes and shows them next to your sales. It reads your store and never changes it. It reports dated facts: what changed, when, and what your sales were around that time. It does not tell you why sales moved, and nothing in the app is a claim that a change caused a result. Decisions you make from what you see are yours.

Plans and billing

• The Record plan is free. It records every change from install and shows the last 30 days.
• Pro is billed every 30 days through Shopify. The price depends on your store’s orders over the last 30 days and is shown in the app before you subscribe. Pro starts with a 14-day free trial.
• You can cancel at any time from the app or by uninstalling. Billing stops at the end of the current period. We don’t give partial refunds unless the law requires it.
• If we change prices, we’ll tell you at least 30 days before the change applies to you.

Your data

Your store’s data stays yours. You give us permission to process it only to run WhatMovedIt for you, as described in our privacy page. We don’t sell it.

Fair use

Don’t try to access other stores’ data, break or overload the service, or reverse engineer it. We may suspend an account that does.

Availability

We work hard to record every change, and we check our record against your store every night. Even so, the service is provided as it is, and we can’t promise it will never miss a change or be unavailable. Keep your own backups of anything you can’t afford to lose.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for lost sales, profits or data, or for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we’ll tell you in the app or by email before it applies. You can stop using WhatMovedIt at any time by uninstalling it. We may end the service with 30 days’ notice.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
